Monologue, spoken by Saber: "Everyone in the Frontiersland knew that it was time to act. The Outriders had captured Commander Eagle, and we had to rescue him. Due to this fact the Cavalry Command sent a special task convoy to planet Yuma." Convoy commander: "Asking for landing clearance!" Commander on Yuma: "Come down, gentlemen. We've already waited for you." Convoy commander: "Roger." The convoy is landing. Commander on Yuma: "I welcome you in the name of General Whitehawk and the leadership of planet Yuma." Convoy commander: "Thank you, Bradley. I'm afraid we have to talk about some things ... about some unpleasant things." Inside the command building on Yuma. All commanders are gathered. Commander #1: "Outriders?!" Commander #2: "Exactly. They've moved their whole planet into our dimension. Here's a hologram of it." They are looking at the holographic projector in the middle of the room. Commander #2: "What do you think?" Commander #3: "I say we should strike immediately and talk later." Commander #4: "But they have Commander Eagle and they could arrest him on this planet. We cannot take a risk. The life of our commander is at stake." Commander Bradley: "You are right, captain. At this time any attack against the outriders could be a danger to Commander Eagle. First of all we have to check out where he's located." Commander #3: "Hear, gentlemen: The best thing to do is to send the Star Sheriffs. They are our best team. If someone could find him at all, then they will it be." Commander #1: "Agreed. But what's with the civilians here on Yuma? They are also endangered." Commander #3 (with a frown): "Hmmm..." Commander #2: "I suggest that we move immediately our headquarter to planet Alamo. If they attack us, they will attack us there and not here. The civilians of Yuma would be safe." Commander Bradley: "And the people of Alamo - what happens to them?" Colt: "Today's a nice day, huh?" April: "Yeah, a nice day for an Outrider attack. Did we already locate their planet?" Fireball: "No, but Saber Rider is just working on it. I cannot believe that their whole planet is in our dimension." Saber, in his cockpit: "Yeah ... but I cannot locate it." Fireball: "It must be hidden behind an asteroid or something like that." Colt: "Well ... why don't we toddle off to this district and see if we can find it there." April's cockpit emits a signal. She's turning on the communicator screen. Mandarin appears. April: "Mandarin!" Fireball: "Hey, what's going on, baby!" Mandarin: "The sky, turbo-freak! And I'm flying up here, and where do you come in?" Fireball: "Huh...?" Mandarin: "I've found the Outrider planet. Surprised?" Fireball: "How did you find it?" Mandarin: "Well, I've got my own methods ..." Saber: "Where did you locate it, Mandarin?" Fireball: "Mandarin!" Colt: "Fireball, let's go!" Ramrod is taking off ... *** Somewhere in outer space, in an asteroid field, in the midst the Outrider planet. Scene changes to a control room where Commander Dark is monitoring the panels and screens. Suddenly one of the screens signalizes with a yellow border something important will happen ... Nemesis' voice through a loudspeaker in the control room: "Attention! To all Wranglers: Nemesis, the supreme commander, has arrived!" Nemesis enters the control room. Commander Dark is saluting. Behind Nemesis: Jesse Blue and Commander Smirk. Nemesis sits down on his throne in the middle of the room. Nemesis: "So that's the human dimension ..." Dark: "Yeah, we're heading to planet Yuma." Jesse (calm, to Nemesis): "We're heading to enormous difficulties. That clown here is leading us into an unpreventable catastrophe!" Dark (excited): "What are you talking about! I'll destroy the headquarter of the Cavalry Command ... I'll smash them!!!" Jesse (calm): "Big words from a small brain ... ha! You are even unable to smash just a peanut with a sledgehammer!" Dark (gets more excited): "What??? I've already fought against the Star Sheriffs when you were still lying in the diapers!" Smirk: "Cool down, Dark. He's there, because the great Nemesis wanted to have it so." Dark: "But he's a human being! Once a time he was a Star Sheriff!" Nemesis: "QUIET! You are starting to bore me." Dark: "... uh..." Nemesis: "Well, Jesse ... what kind of plan do you have?" Jesse (with lower voice): "I already thought you would never ask me at all!" Dark (again excited): "Whom are you calling incompetent there?!" Jesse (calm): "I know. Truth is hurting sometimes." Dark: "You dare it, -" Nemesis (very loud): "QUIET!!!!! Now, go on ..." Jesse: "If we want to keep our last energy reserves, we need a keen mind, not muscles ... do you catch it?" Dark (again excited): "So? For example???" Jesse: "For example, we use commander Eagle as bait in order to tempt the Star Sheriffs to us." Dark: "They never come there!" Jesse: "You are wrong. Humans aren't like Outriders, they help each other. And this fact is useful for us." Nemesis, after a pause: "How?" Jesse: "Let Eagle escape. He will meet this civilization here, and I'm rather sure that he will like the people there very much. And then, after he found out that the energy reserves are low, he feels superior to them. He feels sorry to them and so he will be ready to make peace. Hahaha... Of course we say then that we also want the peace. It will be absolutely clear for him that we need a place to live, a provisional settlement: namely on planet Yuma." Dark (little excited): "Yuma? And why should we want to live there?" Jesse: "We don't want to, phantom noodle. Once we are down there, we take it over, that's the easy way." Dark: "I don't know, that's a complexe plan ... I don't believe that we can execute it!" We are just trying to make peace!" Dark (pointing to the monitor): "Oh yeah?! Say it to them, this are Star Sheriffs!" Eagle (surprised): "Star Sheriffs?" Now the Ramrod unit appears on their monitors, too. Dark: "If do you think they come to make peace, then you are crazy! We'll have to kill them before they kill us!" Dark is running to a device in the room. Jesse: "Slowly, hothead! This eliminator needs to much energy. We cannot afford it which you have to understand yourself." Dark: "But I've got them already -" Nemesis: "No! Jesse is right." Dark: "But -" Nemesis: "The time of peace has come." Dark (mad): "Argh!!!" Jesse: "Defense squadron: swarm out! I repeat: swarm out, set all blasters on stunning only. I repeat: On stunning with little energy!" Many squadrons are leaving the Outrider planet, heading to the intruders, to the Star Sheriffs. *** Mandarin and the Star Sheriffs are flying towards the Outrider planet. They are now very close to the Outrider base. Jesse Blue jumps into Ramrod's communication line. Jesse (to Fireball): "Well flown, turbo-freak!" Fireball: "Jesse!" Jesse: "You might have noticed that we didn't harm you very much. Because we have decided to be friendlier. We let you even talk to Commander Eagle, if you want." Colt: "What?" April: "My father!" Fireball: "Where is he?" Saber: "Give him us on the screen." Jesse: "You're welcome." The screen switches to Commander Eagle. April: "Daddy! Are you OK?" Eagle: "Yes, April, yes. I'm fine." Fireball: "We get you out of it!" Eagle: "No, not ... it's too risky. I don't want that we lose more squadrons, because of me. Is that clear?" The screen flashes. The communication is aborted. April: "Daddy!" Fireball: "Huh...?" A laser impulse hits Ramrod. Scene changes to the control room. Dark: "They are still hanging in our power field!" Dark jumps to the eliminator. Dark: "One shot and they are going to sleep forever ..." Eagle: "No!!!" Commander Eagle struggles down Dark, then he runs through the open door from where he came. Dark (excited): "Wranglers! Stop him! Don't let him escape, quick!" Jesse Blue is pleased. *** Commander Eagle escapes with a ground vehicle, but he is persuaded by the Wranglers. Again, they get Dark's order to catch Eagle. Jesse: "One moment! Let him escape, that is an order, do you catch it?!" Dark (excited): "What? What do you think you are doing?!" Jesse: "That's perfect ... Commander Eagle will exactly see what we want him to see, isn't it?" Dark (mad): "Grmm..." *** Commander Eagle manages to jump off from the vehicle during the ride. Commander Eagle discovers now the civilian world of the Outrider planet. *** Meanwhile, the Star Sheriffs are helping Mandarin. She's successful in getting the important datas for the Star Sheriffs. After she has transmitted the datas, she flies back to the squadron (and was a little disappointed that April is the girlfriend of Fireball). *** Commander Eagle is still on the run, hunted by some Wranglers. He can escape, but he's falling and gets injured. It seems that he got an ankle fracture. He meets a strange monk called Ercanos. The monk can heal Commander's ankle with a special device. Inside the monk's home. Eagle: "A miracle. The pains are gone!" Ercanos: "The ankle wasn't broken, it was just sprained. Welcome to my home, Commander Eagle! My name is Ercanos. Don't worry, I won't betray you to the authorities of our planet." Eagle: "Why not?" Ercanos: "Because I'm ... ehm... a scientist - like you." Eagle: "But I'm your enemy." Ercanos: "I don't believe in enmity, just in people who are afraid of something." The monk is serving something to drink. Ercanos: "See, if someone is scared, he tries to act bravely. Then, on the other hand, the others who are making the fear are re-acting again. So it's developing enemies through escape and wrong courage ... an eternal circulation." Eagle: "And do you think there's nothing more behind it?" Eagle smells on his drink. Eagle: "Hmm... smells like our cactus juice at our home!" Ercanos and Eagle take a nip. Eagle: "... and it tastes as well as our cactus juice!" Ercanos: "So you human beings are feeling joy and pain, like we." Eagle: "But of course!" Ercanos: "Then there's still hope for us, Commander!
